The following excerpt is from Earl Morse Wilbur’s book, Our Unitarian Heritage: An Introduction to the History of the Unitarian Movement. In the excerpt, Wilbur reviews the “scattered beginnings of Unitarianism in Europe,” meaning by “Unitarianism” nontrinitarian Christianity.
